  • Vacation

In just two weeks we are leaving for vacation.  With the high cost of gas we contemplated not going this year.  After weighing the costs,  we feel that going on vacation will give us an important return on our investment.  We hope that it will minister, encourage, create memories, provide much needed rest, and give opportunity for overwhelming FUN!  Large Family Logistics (if you don't see the article, scroll way down) blogged about their Family Camp experience a couple of years ago.  It made such an impact on me that I ran screaming calmly made asked Brian to read her review.  She inspired us to start the quest of finding Family Camp on the east coast. We are driving to Maryland to stay at Sandy Cove.

Planning for vacation, has caused me to think upon vacations past.  I couldn't help sharing some pictures with y'all.    You don't have to scroll down any further.  I won't know if you roll your eyes and run away. I love pictures.  Really, I love y'all's pictures.  (As a side note, I love to read blogs when there is a profile picture.  I want to see the face of the person whose words I'm reading.  I'm not the only one.  Mrs. FussyPants agrees with me.)  Without further ado,

  • Amanda, I totally agree - I LOVE PICTURES!  I guess that's just the momma in us when we went to remember the past and look forward to what's to come in the future.  Thanks for always sharing your lives and family with us!  ~Toni Jill
