  • Summer's Bounty

    I'm already anticipating all the yummy fruits and vegetables this summer will bring. 

    We've enjoyed the frozen and canned goods all winter. 

    Just today, I made Taco Soup.  I used beans, chopped onions, chopped peppers and ground beef from my freezer. I tossed in a jar of tomatoes from my pantry. 

    All that yummy goodness brings to mind the canning days and freezing days I spent at the beginning of the fall.  They were all worth it. 

    Can't wait for this year's harvest!
