Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
- 2 1/2 cups rhubarb
- 2 1/2 cups strawberries
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 tbs butter
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add strawberries and rhubarb to baking dish. Combine flour, sugars, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss in oats and crumble over strawberries and rhubarb. Dot with butter. Bake until topping is browned and filling is bubbling. 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm. Ice cream optional.
