Easy Fried Cabbage
I love fried cabbage. LOVE it. It is so good with corn bread.

2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 cups chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon water
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, salt, pepper flakes, and pepper. Add the cabbage and water. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. (Makes 6 servings.)
Sometimes I add a little soy sauce just cause.

Yummy! I usually fry mine in a little bit of olive oil. Even the children love it.

I've never had fried cabbage! But that looks like a tasty recipe. I might have to give it a try. Thanks!
