• Bedtime Conversations

  Our bedtime routine consists of the girls having their own bible reading and prayer journal time, while the chief or I read to the lil' guy and have prayers aloud. 

  This conversation occurred as I was kissing my sweet bible reading beginner goodnight:

  Emrie, "Momma, does C A I N, spell Ken?"

  Me, "Close but actually it is Cain."

  Emrie, "Oh okay.  Well, I'm pretty sure Adam got a job and Eve got pregnant with Cain."

  I'd say that's pretty good reading comprehension.
