Thankful Day 1 (2011)
November brings cooler days and early evenings. Our thoughts are turning toward the Holidays, especially Thanksgiving.
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow."
-Melody BeattieI'm abundantly blessed. Join me as I savor this season of gratitude. Each day, I am pausing to count my blessings and give thanks.
Day one: I am thankful for my four (soon to be five) children. Being a mom is a dream come true. I cherish the long days and the short years. God's been good to me.

Love this post! I don't think we can ever be too thankful. And 4 almost 5 children is definitely something to be very thankful for!
my goodness...look how BIG the kids are...*sigh* i'm sure as a Momma it must seem that though there are moments that are nice and slow, some of them rush by so fast eh. i don't have any lovely little ones of my own...maybe one day...but its been intriguing for me to see my friend's kids grow up and every day and month their little personalities come out and they develop into the people they are becoming...and its so cool (and sad...cause i miss them being babies sometimes as well!)
