Spring Wreath
I had to get busy on a new project to replace the Valentine flop.
(Spring comes early in the south.)
My project (above) was inspired by this (below) found on pinterest,

I used a pool noodle for my wreath form. I duct taped the ends together.
The burlap was left over from making this beachy cuteness,
The nest and sign I purchased on clearance last spring at the Paisley Pineapple (a sweet local gift shop).
The moss and yellow flowers came from the Dollar Tree.

So pretty! Looks like spring is on it's way. I think in a week everything will be budded out and green here
I love all the creative things being done with burlap and burlap type fabric! By the time I get around to it, all the burlap will have been snatched up with quicker, craftier people and I'll be stuck with...hmmmm...muslin! And that's not a bad thing, 'cuz I can do all that tea-staining muslin thing again! ( 8
WHERE DO YOU FIND BURLAP????!!!! In my little entsy-teensy one horse city ... I have not been able to cash in ... and I want to so bad! There is this store called Real Deals .... they are forming all over the country and you can find way cool home decor stuff for a way cool price. Love them stores! I have a hunch you would like it.
