Fry the Bacon in the Oven
Boy, does this ever Work For Me!
My four papooses love bacon! I can't fry a little. I have to fry a lot. I'm not much on the bacon grease splatters. So, I've discovered the handiest little tip. I line the bacon strips on a cookie sheet. Stick them in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. After the bacon's done, I put it on paper towels to get rid of some of that grease, eww. Then I yell, "BBBAAACCCOOONNN'SSS READY!" Five minutes later, it's all gone. lol
It doesn't matter which rack I put it on. Sometimes I'll put biscuits on the bottom rack and bacon on the top. Sometimes I'll put two sheets of bacon, one on each rack. It still turns out great.

We do ours in the oven as well, but here's an additional tip for you. We take our cookie sheet and put an old baking cooling rack on it and lay the bacon on the cooling rack to cook, which lets all of the grease drip off of the bacon and is caught on the cookie sheet. It comes out so wonderfully crispy!!

I do mine in the microwave, between sheets of paper towel. That works well, too.
Hey Ms. Amanda! Great tip. I do mine in the microwave too but it still swims in the grease even on the paper towels. Awesome!
Also, I have a question and I wanted to run it by you before I do it....Would it be ok to use your girls names for a couple of new bow styles? I only have 2 new styles right now and wanted to use Katie and Gracie and then when I have another style, I would add Emrie. How does that sound? Wanted to check with you first.
