• Finding Hope

  There is an element of our Christian walk that has received little press and little attention. This major headline is not in the news,

  In our hurt, our Lord moves his hand. 

  "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3)

  "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit."  (Psalm 34:18)

  It may not feel like it, we may not sense it but God is near to the brokenhearted.  God's Word is more true than our "feelings".  His word is truer than our circumstances.  In the hands of the Great Restorer, our brokenness is healed.  As we bring the pieces of our brokenness and wounded hearts to him, he comes to bind up our wounds and restore our hope.

  He restores our hope.
