It's the Most Wonderful
October is my favorite month! Fall is the most wonderful season. I love the temperatures, the smells, the colors... It seems October becomes a time to slow down and enjoy a little extra family time. The days are shorter and we get to enjoy God's rich harvest. And it's my birthday month to boot!
From raking leaves, to baking pumpkin spice muffins or chewy molasses cookies, making pumpkins sparkle, bobbing for apples, leaf rubbing, apple cider, corn mazes, and hikes. There are so many ways to celebrate! And simple traditions become all the more precious for the loving memories we get to cherish for many years.

I love October too. It is not my birthday month but 2 of granddaughters have Oct. birthdays. Addie Jane was 1 today and Alyssa Lin will be 8 on the 31st.
